O treime dintre companiile IT de pe piaţa locală îşi plătesc inginerii şi dezvoltatorii de software cu salarii cuprinse între 1.000 şi 1.500 de euro net pe lună, iar 10% dintre angajatori sunt chiar mai generoşi cu angajaţii de pe aceste poziţii, oferind salarii cuprinse între 1.500 şi 2.000 de euro net pe lună, arată rezultatele unui studiu realizat în acest an de către firma de cercetare de piaţă IDC şi ANIS (Asociaţia Patronală a Industriei de Software şi Servicii).
