Help Desk Operator
The ideal candidate should be graduated in Computer Science or equivalent, interested in an IT career path.
- 1st level support for applications MS Office, Outlook/Email, B2B, Intranet, SAP, Networking, Internet, IT support for business needs and business applications;
- 1st level support for addressing hardware problems and related maintenance procedure Monitoring the problem flow and managing escalation if needed.
Preferred knowledge of Italian language, English is also needed. Specific training for both Technical and Language matters’ll be deployed in Italy and in Romania. Availability to work on shifts.
Skill & Technical knowledge: Pc Usage, Hardware knowledge and interests, Microsoft Office suite and Visio, Basic concepts on SAP, Networking TCP/IP.
