Job Purpose
Software Engineers Implementation Support within SintecMedia are responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best implementation support for the use of our integrated broadcast management product. This position requires long travels outside Romania.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for direct communication with the customer for project details;

Direct liaison with the customer and internal departments to communicate the project requirements;

Providing support for internal departments to meet the customer requirements;

Working directly with the customers;

The role will involve training and supporting broadcasters to enable them to successfully use our integrated broadcast management product, On Air.
Skills and Experience
Required skills
- Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English.
- A degree in Computer science would be preferred.
- Basic database knowledge and / or customer support experience will be an advantage.
Personal Attributes
- Ability to work in challenging international, multinational teams and manage own time.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline.
- Patience, flexibility and attention to detail.
